Tailorix is a discovery and connection platform for local tailoring services. Tailorix helps customers find tailors and helps tailors create an online presence. Tailorix is not the stitching vendor unless specifically stated in writing.
Subscription, profile listing, verification badge, views or platform access do not guarantee fixed orders, fixed income, fixed leads or assured business. Orders depend on customer demand, location, profile quality, pricing, availability and customer choice.
Customers should check tailor details, service pricing, pickup or delivery terms, timelines, measurements and final work expectations before confirming an order or making any payment to a tailor.
Tailors must provide accurate business details, services, prices, photos, timings, address, contact details and subscription information. Misleading photos, fake claims, spam or abusive communication may lead to restriction or removal.
Any stitching price, advance payment, delivery date, alteration scope or dispute between customer and tailor should be mutually confirmed by both parties. Tailorix may provide platform records but may not be responsible for offline promises or private transactions.
Users must not upload illegal, abusive, copied, misleading or offensive content. Users must not misuse phone numbers, WhatsApp contact, customer data, tailor data, reviews, app features or admin support.
Verification means Tailorix has reviewed certain submitted details. Verification does not mean guaranteed service quality, fixed earnings, guaranteed orders or financial assurance.
Tailorix may hide, restrict, suspend or delete accounts, offers, photos, messages or listings if they appear unsafe, fake, inactive, abusive, legally risky, misleading or against platform policy.
Tailorix may update features, plans, pricing, visibility rules, app screens, website sections and policies to improve the platform or meet legal and operational needs.
Support is provided through official Tailorix channels. Users should not treat any unofficial number, fake social page or unknown payment request as Tailorix support.
