Tailorix may collect basic account details such as name, phone number, email, city, area, pincode, profile photo, shop name, business category, working hours, service names, prices, uploaded work photos, booking requests, support chats, notifications, device information and limited app activity.
Customer data may include search area, saved profile information, booking preferences, measurements voluntarily added by the customer, contact details and messages sent to a tailor or support agent. Measurements are used only to support stitching and booking communication.
Tailor data may include business details, subscription status, public profile information, services, offer posts, photos, address, location, phone number, WhatsApp contact, support requests and plan usage.
Location permission is used to show nearby tailors, boutiques, alteration points and local offers. Users can deny or disable location from browser or device settings. Accuracy depends on GPS, network, device and user permission.
Data is used to run the platform, display profiles, process booking requests, show local search results, send important notifications, improve safety, detect misuse, provide support and maintain legal or operational records.
Customer contact or booking information may be shared with the selected tailor when the customer chooses to contact, call, WhatsApp or book. Tailor public profile information is visible to customers and website visitors as part of Tailorix discovery.
Tailorix does not sell personal data to advertisers or third parties. Data is used for platform operation, analytics, safety, support and service improvement.
Tailorix uses reasonable technical and operational safeguards. No online system is fully risk-free, so users should avoid sharing OTPs, payment passwords, private documents or unrelated personal information inside chat.
Users can request profile updates, account deletion or support from Tailorix. Some records may be retained where required for legal, payment, dispute, fraud prevention or platform safety reasons.
